Got upgraded to a beautifully decorated room with a balcony because our double room had a problem. 😊.

An electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. The view from the window to courtyard. Marvellous and superior location in La Spezia just next door to the Centre as well as all the nice restaurants.

The room was quiet, brand-new, and had a huge bathroom, and it's located right in the center of town with a delicious lunch spot nearby.

The place is superior and the room is well decorated. the beds are great and there's even a telephone in the room. Staff is amicable and the location is good, being close to stores, the center of town, restaurants, pubs.

My stay at La Linea D'Acqua was fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean and modern, with a beautifully fitted bathroom and an excellent shower. Check-in was a breeze and the location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station for easy access to Cinque Terre. I also loved the private terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

I did struggle a bit with the air conditioning unit, as it only seemed to work when it detected movement near the motion sensor. It would have been helpful to have some instructions for using certain features of the room, such as the safe or air conditioning, to minimize the need to contact the host.

This place was mind-blowing! The room was super clean and had lots of coffee, tea, and toiletries. I felt incredibly safe here. The option to connect your phone to speakers was jaw-dropping, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning while listening to your own music. The facilities were stunning, like a 5-star hotel. The location was a short walk from the train station and right in the center of town, with amazing pedestrian streets nearby filled with lovely shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. It was the perfect base to explore the surrounding area. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent recommendations. The free toiletries smelled amazing and were of high quality. an absolutely fantastic stay!
